Acts 2

Acts is my favorite book of the bible because it convicts my heart. So much can be learned about how the church should be in the end times. The end times started when Jesus ascended into heaven and he said we would do greater things after he left. Acts is the perfect guide for us to look at and say we are to do even greater things than that. One thing I noticed in this chapter was the boldness Peter replied with when they accussed him and the other disciples of being drunk. That is the kind of boldness we need in everyday life, we need to get to a point in our walk with God where everything is sacraficed. Including our reputation and how people see us at school, work or wherever we go. That kind of lifestyle requires boldness and strength from the Lord, we don't have anything to offer God but our lives. We also need to hold each other accountable to this boldness and to living in the truth. We are above and not beneath and we have to remember that when people try to put us down for our beliefs. I encourage all of you to walk in this and know that you are lucky to know the truth. God is bigger than anything and anyone we face.
